Our goal is to get our products into your hands as soon as possible, with orders shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, typically taking up to 3-4 business days within Australia and 5-10 business days for international. For faster delivery you can choose express postage during checkout.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming that it's being processed. Subsequently, when your order ships, you'll receive a second confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please bear in mind that for international shipping, customers are responsible for any associated customs fees, if applicable.

We gladly accept returns initiated within 30 days of customers receiving their order.

Once returned you'll be offered a choice between a full refund or a replacement part, based on your preference.

The condition for returns is that the items must be returned undamaged, without any marks, and in their original and undamaged packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, please note that the customer covers the return shipping, and a 30% restocking fee applies.

Customized or made-to-order products can only be returned if they are faulty. Again, you can choose a full refund or a replacement part.
