Our goal is to get our products into your hands as soon as possible, with most orders processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on the configuration you have selected, your order might need to be pre-assembled before shipping. If that's the case then there will be a 1-2 week lead time before shipment. Delivery Times:

We provide free worldwide shipping via express courier service (UPS/DHL/FedEx). Outlined below is a chart displaying estimated delivery times to various global regions. Please note that occasional global disruptions in shipping services can happen, potentially leading to delays beyond these estimates. Nonetheless, we are dedicated to delivering your order as soon as possible.

Order tracking:

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming that it's being processed. Subsequently, when your order ships, you'll receive a second confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Customs duties:

Please bear in mind that for international shipping, customers are responsible for any associated customs fees, if applicable.

Duration:

All Racing Display products are covered by a warranty, valid from the date of purchase. The duration of the warranty is specified under the warranty tab on the product page.

Coverage:

We are committed to providing high-quality products. Within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace any Racing Display product that proves to be defective in workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from the following:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage to paint or exterior finish
• Labor costs associated with diagnosing defects, product removal, or reinstallation
• Any other contingent expenses
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Incorrect installation or application
• Unauthorized modification

Transferability:

Please note that this warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product.

Warranty Claims:

If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please contact us at info@racingdisplay.com. When filing a warranty claim, provide your name, order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the problem, including photographic images if possible.

Order Errors:

In the event that you receive the wrong product, we will promptly process an exchange for the correct ordered item(s), subject to availability, or arrange a refund. To resolve order errors, please email info@racingdisplay.com with your name, order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the error. We will assess your request as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Our straightforward return policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, neither are we.

We gladly accept returns initiated within 30 days of customers receiving their order.

Once returned you'll be offered a choice between a full refund or a replacement part, based on your preference.

The condition for returns is that the items must be returned undamaged, without any marks, and in their original and undamaged packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, please note that the customer covers the return shipping, and a 30% restocking fee applies.

Customized or made-to-order products can only be returned if they are faulty. Again, you can choose a full refund or a replacement part.
