Our goal is to get our products into your hands as soon as possible. For much of our range, we maintain inventory, ensuring orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped via express courier service (UPS/FedEx). Delivery times vary by location, but typically take 2–4 business days for customers within the contiguous USA.

For custom dashes, there will be a manufacturing lead time before shipment. Any such lead time is clearly stated on the website header. If you require delivery by a specific date, please reach out via email, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that it’s being processed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

For returns of faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a replacement part or full refund based on your preference.
