Lights Returns

At times, situations may not unfold according to initial plans, and we understand that. To ensure the smooth processing of exchanges and refunds, it's important to initiate the process by creating a support ticket. Our return policy in detail:

Customers are free to change their mind and return their item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. Keep in mind a 20% restocking fee will apply. The condition for returns is that the items must be returned undamaged, without any marks, and in their original and undamaged packaging. The 20% restocking fee does not apply to items which are faulty, as outlined in the warranty section.

Acceptable items for exchange:

All products can be exchanged as long as they are returned undamaged, without any marks, and in their original and undamaged packaging. are in working condition and haven't been damaged due to improper use or installation. Products which are customized can only be returned for refund/exchange if they are faulty.

Who covers shipping costs:

For change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items to Racing Display.
For faulty/wrong items, Racing Display will cover the return shipping cost as outlined in the warranty section.
Shipping costs associated with sending back exchanged items are determined at the discretion of Racing Display.
The expenses for shipping denied warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

How long is the refund process:

Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund process to be completed. After approval, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card or PayPal account.

How long does the exchange process take:

The exchange process usually takes 1-3 business days to be processed. Once approved, the product(s) will be shipped within 24 hours in most cases.

What happens if I send exchange/returns without prior approval:

In such cases, your exchange or return will be declined, and you'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

How can I modify or cancel my order before shipping:

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations before shipment. If we can cancel an order prior to shipping, a restocking fee of 20% will apply.
