Order tracking:

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming that it's being processed. Subsequently, when your order ships, you'll receive a second confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Racing Display Warranty

All Racing Display products come with a minimum 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered: If a defect in workmanship arises under normal use, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion within the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered: This warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage to paint or finish
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or incorrect installation
  • Unauthorized modifications

Non-Transferable: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Claims: For any issues under warranty, email us with your name, order number, contact details, and a description of the issue (photos recommended).

Order Errors: If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange or refund as quickly as possible.

    Our straightforward return policy:

    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, neither are we.

    We gladly accept returns initiated within 30 days of customers receiving their order.

    Once returned you'll be offered a choice between a full refund or a replacement part, based on your preference.

    The condition for returns is that the items must be returned undamaged, without any marks, and in their original and undamaged packaging.

    For change-of-mind returns, please note that the customer covers the return shipping, and a 30% restocking fee applies.

    Customized or made-to-order products can only be returned if they are faulty. Again, you can choose a full refund or a replacement part.
