Our goal is to get our products into your hands as soon as possible, with orders shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, typically taking up to 3-4 business days within Australia and 5-10 business days for international.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming that it's being processed. Once your order ships, a second email will be sent with your tracking number.

Duration:

All Racing Display quick releases are covered by a 2-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

We are committed to providing high-quality products. Within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace any Racing Display product that proves to be defective in workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from the following:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage to paint or exterior finish
• Labor costs associated with diagnosing defects, product removal, or reinstallation
• Any other contingent expenses
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Incorrect installation or application
• Unauthorized modification

Transferability:

Please note that this warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product.

Warranty Claims:

If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please contact us at info@racingdisplay.com. When filing a warranty claim, provide your name, order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the problem, including photographic images if possible.

Order Errors:

In the event that you receive the wrong product, we will promptly process an exchange for the correct ordered item(s), subject to availability, or arrange a refund. To resolve order errors, please email info@racingdisplay.com with your name, order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the error. We will assess your request as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Our Hassle-Free Return Policy:

At Racing Display, we believe in providing the best experience for our customers. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to make it right. We will accept returns if they are initiated within 30 days of customers receiving their order.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
For returns of faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer either a full refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.
