Our goal is to get our dash mounts into your hands as soon as possible, with most orders processed within 1-2 business days. We provide free worldwide shipping via express courier service (UPS/DHL/FedEx). Delivery times vary by destination, typically taking 3-7 business days.

Depending on the display configuration you have selected, your dash mount might be made-to-order, which requires a 1-2 week manufacturing lead time before shipment. If you require delivery by a specific date, please reach out via email, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming that it's being processed. Once your order ships, a second email will be sent with your tracking number.

Duration:

All Racing Display dash clusters are covered by a 2-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

We are committed to providing high-quality products. Within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace any Racing Display product that proves to be defective in workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from the following:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage to paint or exterior finish
• Labor costs associated with diagnosing defects, product removal, or reinstallation
• Any other contingent expenses
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Incorrect installation or application
• Unauthorized modification

Transferability:

Please note that this warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product.

Warranty Claims:

If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please contact us at info@racingdisplay.com. When filing a warranty claim, provide your name, order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the problem, including photographic images if possible.

Order Errors:

In the event that you receive the wrong product, we will promptly process an exchange for the correct ordered item(s), subject to availability, or arrange a refund. To resolve order errors, please email info@racingdisplay.com with your name, order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the error. We will assess your request as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Our straightforward return policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, neither are we.

We gladly accept returns initiated within 30 days of customers receiving their order.

Once returned you'll be offered a choice between a full refund or a replacement part, based on your preference.

The condition for returns is that the items must be returned undamaged, without any marks, and in their original and undamaged packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, please note that the customer covers the return shipping, and a 30% restocking fee applies.

Customized or made-to-order products can only be returned if they are faulty. Again, you can choose a full refund or a replacement part.
