Our goal is to get our products into your hands as soon as possible, with orders processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, typically taking up to 5 business days for domestic and up to 10 business days for international. Please note that occasional global disruptions in shipping services can happen, potentially leading to delays beyond these estimates. Nonetheless, we are dedicated to delivering your order as soon as possible. If you require delivery by a specific date, please reach out via email, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming that it's being processed. Subsequently, when your order ships, you'll receive a second confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please bear in mind that for international shipping, customers are responsible for any associated customs fees, if applicable.

Duration:

All Racing Display products are covered by a 2-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

We are committed to providing high-quality products. Within the 2-year warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace any Racing Display product that proves to be defective in workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from the following:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage to paint or exterior finish
• Labor costs associated with diagnosing defects, product removal, or reinstallation
• Any other contingent expenses
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Incorrect installation or application
• Unauthorized modification

Transferability:

Please note that this warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product.

Warranty Claims:

If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please contact us at info@racingdisplay.com. When filing a warranty claim, provide your name, order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the problem, including photographic images if possible.

Order Errors:

In the event that you receive the wrong product, we will promptly process an exchange for the correct ordered item(s), subject to availability, or arrange a refund. To resolve order errors, please email info@racingdisplay.com with your name, order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the error. We will assess your request as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Our straightforward return policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, neither are we.

We gladly accept returns initiated within 30 days of customers receiving their order.

Once returned you'll be offered a choice between a full refund or a replacement part, based on your preference.

The condition for returns is that the items must be returned undamaged, without any marks, and in their original and undamaged packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, please note that the customer covers the return shipping, and a 30% restocking fee applies.

Customized or made-to-order products can only be returned if they are faulty. Again, you can choose a full refund or a replacement part.
